Choose from a selection of regional platters from the Bernese Oberland, Swiss Caviar from Frutigen (Bern) and breakfast boxes from our local producers. Wine from Lavaux (Vaud) or beers from Interlaken (Bern) complete your gastronomic experience. The food and drinks are served at your seat.

You have the option of adding a catering package only when booking your place. Reservations can be made up to 1 day before the departure date of the train.

All our products come from local suppliers. The wine is supplied by Les Vins Testuz in Lavaux, the charcuterie by Buure Metzg in Gstaad, the caviar by Oona in Frutigen and the beer by Rugenbräu in Interlaken.
